Enroll November 2–13, 2026.
Visit Workday between November 2–13 to review, enroll and confirm your 2027 benefits and beneficiaries.
Everyone needs to check their 2026 elections and update life insurance beneficiaries in Workday — even if you’re not enrolling in a Caliber medical plan.
If you’re currently enrolled in the PPO medical plan, you must take action and choose a new medical plan for 2027. Your current plan will not carry over. If you don’t enroll in a new plan, you will not have medical coverage in 2027.
It’s complicated. We get it. Benefits aren’t everyone’s thing. But we want you to get the answers you need. Benny can help.
Our new Medical Plan Recommendation Tool will ask you a few short questions and help you understand what plan might make sense for you. It’s confidential and anonymous to use — no login required.

But don’t worry, you’ll still be able to visit this site or call the Benefits Center if you need help throughout the year.
Since we’re moving to Workday, take a few minutes during enrollment to:

That means a more connected experience and better digital tools, including BCBS Health Advocacy Solutions (HAS), which will replace Accolade starting January 1.
Because of the changes to the PPO plan, if you’re currently enrolled in the PPO and would like medical coverage in 2027, you need to re-enroll during Open Enrollment.
Your current plan will not carry over. If you don’t enroll in a new plan, you will not have medical coverage in 2027.

Optional Life and AD&D are now a package: enroll in one and you get both, with one combined cost.
Optional Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) used to be separate plans. Now they’re combined, so you can’t enroll in just one. If you enroll in Optional Life, you’re automatically enrolled in AD&D too, with one combined cost.
If you were previously enrolled in only AD&D, you need to make a new election for the paired coverage to keep it in 2027.

Your current medical coverage will carry over into 2027 if you don’t make a change.
There are two more things to take care of for 2027. You’ll need to add your life insurance beneficiaries in Workday. It’s important to add your beneficiaries. Without them on file, benefits could take longer to reach your loved ones if something happens to you.
And if you want to contribute to an HSA or FSA in 2027, you’ll need to make a new contribution election.
After Open Enrollment, you can only change your benefits if you have a qualifying life event, like getting married, welcoming a child, getting divorced or losing other coverage.
