How much it pays

You have the option of two plans – the High Plan or Low Plan. The amount you’ll receive depends on which plan you enroll in and the type of injury you experience.

Filing a claimClaimA bill submitted by a healthcare provider or by you to an insurance company to request payment for medical services or treatments received.

Let New York Life know within 31 days. Contact New York Life as soon as you can after an accident, ideally within 31 days.

How to enroll

You can enroll as a new hire, if you have a qualifying life event (like marriage, divorce, or welcoming a child) or during Open Enrollment each year.
